We are very happy with every aspect of the experience and were very impressed with how closely you worked with the Architect, bringing to our attention how the house would fit on the lot, and the potential issues we may face with the placement. The result was outstanding, we were able to save precious trees, achieve an amazing curb presence and fit all features of the house into the plan.
During construction, we really appreciated you taking the time to ask us if things were “right”. Together we identified several issues with the layout and were impressed with how fast you turned the changes around and how much better the floor plan turned out. You and Amy did an excellent job of keeping us informed, helping with the details of the interior and working to accomplish what we envisioned.
Everyone that visits our new home is very impressed with the quality of the construction and is overwhelmed with the magnificent woodwork throughout. Almost unanimously, everyone falls in love with the kitchen and the bathroom. Both rooms were designed with great care and your people executed the plans flawlessly which is evident by the attention to detail. Each of the rooms have unique features and because of the high quality of workmanship, the results are stunning.
